I'm James Stephen Leonard with Coldwell Banker. I've been
selling Real Estate for a number of years now. I started in
California and I now hold the designation of G.R.I. (Graduate Realtors
Institute) Realtor in Texas. I'm also working on my C.R.S. (Certified
Residential Specialist) and my Brokers License.
Community Involvement
I'm co-chair person and block captain of our neighborhood crime watch.
I'm not Rambo, I'm just another pair of eyes and ears for the police.
My view is this. There are a lot more of us than there are of
them. We just can't do the "hear no evil," "see no evil" thing
any more. We have to stay in touch with the police and ask
what we can do--not just tell them what to do. I have my C.P.A.
(Citizens Police Academy) and my V.I.P. (Volunteers
In Patrol) certificates.
Family Man
My bride and I have been married for 5 plus years. We met in an
airport, talked for about 10 minutes and I said call me?
After having a $500.00 plus phone bill for 3 straight months, I
said it might be cheaper if we lived together? Again, I was wrong,
but never happier!
Real Estate Philosophy
I've always been a firm believer that a home will sell itself.
My job is simple--to make the Buyer or Seller (who ever I represent)
the best informed Buyer or Seller that they can be. Then I let them
decide after they have all the facts!

My goal is to walk you through
the Real Estate Transaction process in the least amount of
time, for the best price, with the least amount of problems.
